You have a choice of suspensions to suit different working conditions. For some, all-round, independent suspension is the way to go. Or you may be better off with a ‘Straight Axle’ rear end which provides more clearance around drivelines and between tyres and guards. Either way, excellent ground clearance and full underbelly bash plates protect drive components.
All mudguards are made of high quality plastics - rigid enough so mud build-up won’t pull the guards down and cause contact to the wheels - with the flexibility to take impacts without cracking or deforming. And the wide design protects riders from mud, or other debris thrown up by tyres.
All KYMCO Utility ATVs have Auto CVT (constant variable transmission) which makes driving so simple and durability a certainty. Engines are world-class and fitted with carburettors for simplicity and self-maintenance on the farm. Some models are liquid-cooled with a thermal fan and radiator that’s cleverly mounted to minimise damage from sticks and stones, and assists in preventing blockage.
Digital instrumentation displays all the information you need. Importantly both front and rear steel racks can carry heavy loads and there’s plenty of towing capacity. Fully enclosed foot boards prevent sticks and rocks flicking up from the front wheels and hitting the rider.
They also prevent the rider from instinctively placing either foot on the ground and running over their leg with the foot peg or rear tyre.
All models feature the best brakes and a dependable drive train.
Another advantage of disc brakes is that they’re completely sealed, whereas cable brakes may clog with dust and mud.

The MXU 500 IRS 4x4 is Kymco’s largest, most powerful quad and is designed to impress. It features a 4-stroke, DOCH engine that pumps out 36 horsepower to get you in and out of any job. It has smooth-shifting, automatic CVT transmission; high and low range and riders can toggle ‘shift-on-the-fly’ between 2WD and 4WD.
An incredible towing capacity of 454kg and a carrying capacity on front and rear racks of 130kg make this an ATV with plenty of grunt. It’s here - KYMCO’s largest and most powerful quad to date - the MXU 500.
It features a 4-stroke, DOHC 499cc engine, shaft drive and CVT automatic transmission with forward, neutral, reverse, park, low and high gear. The liquid-cooled engine pumps out a whopping 36 horsepower that will get you into and out of any job.
Larger 12 inch tyres give this new, bigger KYMCO a substantial 250mm average ground clearance and soak up the rough. It features disc brakes front and rear and 4-wheeled engine braking - an important safety feature, especially with farming applications.
You’ll always be in the right gear with its smoothshifting, automatic constant variable transmission (CVT). And riders can toggle between 2WD and 4WD operation.
The MXU 500 has a true front differential which increases turning ability, particularly in tight situations.
Front and rear racks, and a towing hitch are all standard equipment. The MXU 500 offers outstanding towing and carrying capacities - 45kg on the front rack, 85 kg on the rear rack, and 454kg of towing capacity.
Electric starting, with pull back up, makes the MXU 500 easy to operate, and the electronic ignition requires virtually no maintenance. Dual A-arm suspension up front, and single swing arm rear suspension, provides a forgiving, comfortable ride.
You safely hop on or off the MXU 500 while you work - a front brake lock keeps it from moving during mounting and dismounts. And a low seat height of 848mm makes it much easier

Powered by an air-cooled, single-overhead cam, 4-stroke engine that produces 26 horsepower, there’s lots of low-end torque. It easily copes with Australia’s hottest conditions with an oil cooler and cooling fan to keep things cool.
Need easy access to all types of areas? With high ground clearance and dual A-arm suspension with 177mm of suspension travel front and rear, this machine will get you there.
The large 15 litre fuel tank takes the MXU 400 further than the competition. And you won’t be left in the dark - it has a 150 watt alternator powering the battery and accessories.
Carrying and towing capacities are important on farms, and this quad doesn’t disappoint on either count - 34 kg front rack, 68 kg rear rack and a towing capacity of 447 kg. Weighing in at a mere 275 kg dry weight, the MXU 400 is a pleasure to ride.

The MXU 300 has the power and features to meet the many needs of farm and construction environments. And it has a fine pedigree as it follows in the footsteps of the award winning MXU 250.
Equipped with a powerful 270cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, SOHC engine it has rock-solid shaft drive. Dual A-arm suspension and large tyres give it a substantial 250mm average ground clearance. Down under, skid plates provide extra protection.
It’s as rugged as the back paddock with strong low-end torque and smooth controllable power over a broad range - thanks to the smooth-shifting CVT automatic transmission which makes operation so easy. Fitted with disc brakes front and rear, handling and stopping is sure and reliable. A backlit digital dash displays speed, mileage, the time, lights, reverse/neutral gear selection, engine temperature and fuel level.
